[摘要] 目的 探究人文关怀护理在儿童麻醉恢复过程当中的应用效果。方法 方便选取2017年3月—2018年3月来该院住院并接受全麻手术治疗的患儿92例为研究对象，按随机奇数偶数法分成两组，在所有患儿麻醉恢复的过程中，对照组46例患儿采用常规护理方法予以管护，实验组46例患儿另外强调人文关怀护理，对比两组患儿的护理结局。 结果 实验组患儿麻醉恢复期并发症发生率13.0%要明显比对照组发生率32.6%低，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.998，P<0.05)。实验组患儿术毕至苏醒时间(25.6±1.4)min明显短于对照组的(43.1±2.5)min(t=27.314，P<0.05)。 结论 对儿童在麻醉恢复过程中采取人文关怀护理干预的方法，能有效降低并发症发生率，促进患儿的良好康复。
