[摘要] 目的 讨论液基超薄细胞检测技术(Thin-Cytologic Test TCT)结合TBS系统(TBS)检测宫颈涂片的临床效果。方法 随机选取2018年6—12月期间在该院妇科门诊就诊的597例患者并实施TCT和TBS检测的患者作为该次研究对象，以TCT检查后存在异常的患者进行阴道镜下宫颈取材进行病理学检查。 结果 597例患者涂片经检查，出现异常的320例涂片中，阴道镜活检234例，活检率为73.12%， TCT与阴道镜病理学检查结果符合率分别为HSIL93.33%，LSIL71.42%， SCC100.00%(χ2=3.205，P=0.326)，两种检测方式相关数据经统计学计算后显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TCT结合TBS系统检测宫颈涂片并配合阴道活检在对子宫颈癌病变前期具有一定的筛查和诊断意义。
