氢气减轻家兔心脏骤停后综合征(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討氢气(hydrogen, H2) 干预对家兔心脏骤停后综合征(Post-cardiac arrest syndrome, PCAS)的作用。方法 2018年3月实验在厦门大学动物实验中心进行,新西兰白兔60只,随机均分为两组: A组予2%氢气干预,B组予空气对照。比较家兔存活数、心率、体温、呼吸频率、白细胞总数(WBC)、血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α) 的差异,分析全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome, SIRS)、多器官功能障碍综合征(Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, MODS)诊断数的差异。结果 A、B两组兔自主循环恢复(restoration ofspontaneous circulation, ROSC)数量接近,ROSC 72 h时,总生存率为40.0%,A组兔存活数高于B组﹙χ2=4.444, P=0.035﹚。ROSC后,两组兔均有不同程度炎症反应发生,ROSC 24 h时,SIRS水平以24 h较高,A组TNF-α浓度、SIRS诊断数低于B组﹙χ2=7.368, P=0.010﹚;ROSC 48 h时,A组MODS诊断数低于B组﹙χ2=6.801, P=0.014﹚。 结论 H2减轻了家兔心肺复苏后全身炎症反应综合征的症状,降低了多器官功能障碍综合征的发生率,增加了心肺复苏家兔的存活率,给心脏骤停后综合征的治疗提供了新方法。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of hydrogen (H2) intervention on post-cardiac arrest syndrome (PCAS) in rabbits. Methods In March 2018, the experiment was conducted at the Animal Experimental Center of Xiamen University. 60 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: group A was treated with 2% hydrogen and group B was given air control. Comparison of rabbit survival, heart rate, body temperature, respiratory rate, total white blood cell count (WBC), serum Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), analysis of systemic inflammatory response syndrome Syndrome (SIRS), multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) differences in the number of diagnoses. Results The number of recovery of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) in rabbits in group A and group B was close. The overall survival rate was 40.0% at 72 h, and the survival rate in group A was higher than that in group B (χ2=4.444, P=0.035). After ROSC, both groups of rabbits had different degrees of inflammatory reaction. At 24 h of ROSC, the SIRS level was higher at 24 h. The TNF-α concentration and SIRS diagnosis in group A were lower than those in group B(χ2=7.368, P=0.010). At the 48 h of ROSC, the number of MODS diagnoses in group A was lower than that in group B(χ2=6.801, P=0.014).
