[摘要] 目的 探讨分析宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的治疗与转归。 方法 方便选取邵武市立医院2017 年1 —12 月通过阴道镜及宫颈活检诊断为CIN进行宫颈LEEP术治疗的102例患者为研究对象，比较术前宫颈活检与术后病理检查结果的符合率，术后随访官颈复原情况并对其临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 术前术后病理诊断符合率为46.6% ，病理级别上升率为 19.4% ，病理级别下降率为32.0% 。术后102例患者中(5例切緣阳性再次行LEEP术，3例行子宫+双侧输卵管切除，5例行广泛子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术)，宫颈复原满意者达 100.0% ，治愈率为 99. 0% 。结论LEEP 是诊断和治疗CIN 安全有效的方法。
