[摘要] 目的 探究预见性护理应用于脑卒中住院患者的应用效果。方法 方便选取2018年1月—2019年9月期间该院急诊科脑卒中患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组预见性护理。对比两组并发症发生率与护理满意率。结果 观察组并发症发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(43.33%)，护理满意率(100.00%)高于对照组(70.00%)(χ2=13.416、10.588，P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理应用于脑卒中患者，可减少患者并发症发生，确保患者安全，患者认可这一护理服务，其应用效果显著。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in stroke patients. Methods Sixty patients with strokes in the emergency department of the hospital during the period of 2018.1-2019.9 were convenient selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases each according to the random number table method.
