他克莫司乳膏联合皮肤屏障修复剂治疗阴囊慢性湿疹临床评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析他克莫司乳膏與皮肤屏障修复剂相结合治疗计划实行于阴囊慢性湿疹患者临床治疗中的用药价值。方法 方便选取2017年5月—2019年9月该医院诊治64例阴囊慢性湿疹患者予以指标评估，各组区分方式选择随机双盲方式，每组32例，实验组选择他克莫司乳膏与皮肤屏障修复剂相结合治疗计划，参比组选择他克莫司乳膏治疗计划，计算用药有效合计值、用药引发不良反应合计值，评价用药之前、用药21 d之后瘙痒症状表现和皮损症状表现调查结果。结果 实验组用药有效合计值(96.88%)大于参比组计算指标(78.13%)(χ2=5.142，P=0.023<0.05);实验组用药之前瘙痒症状表现和皮损症状表现调查结果(10.41±0.50)分与参比组计算指标(10.30±0.64)分差异无统计学意义(t=0.766，P=0.446>0.05)，实验组用药21 d之后瘙痒症状表现和皮损症状表现调查结果(3.50±0.13)分小于参比组计算指标(4.42±0.20)分(t=21.817，P=0.000<0.05);实验组用药引发不良反应合计值(3.13%)对比于参比组计算指标(9.38%)差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.066，P=0.301>0.05)。结论 在阴囊慢性湿疹患者临床治疗中选用他克莫司乳膏与皮肤屏障修复剂相结合治疗计划展现较好用药效果。
