血府逐瘀汤治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效探讨及生活质量调查(1)
[摘要] 目的 帶状疱疹神经痛需要通过有效药物给予治疗干预，以缓解患者的疼痛感，该研究对血府逐瘀汤治疗效果进行探究。方法 该次确定实验样本为方便选取带状疱疹神经痛患者60例，收治时间为2019年6—11月，依据患者入该院治疗时间的奇偶性完成实验组与对照组的分组，分别采用血府逐瘀汤和常规治疗，对比治疗结果。结果 通过对两组患者的生活质量[(3.16±1.98)分vs (7.14±1.29)分]、免疫水平[(38.64±1.25)% vs (26.32±1.84)%，(23.61±1.86)% vs (25.76±1.73)%，(1.68±0.21) vs (1.04±0.18)]进行对比分析，实验组患者更具优势，差异有统计学意义(t=9.225、30.336、4.636、12.674，P<0.05)。完成两组患者治疗有效率、不良反应对比，实验组不良反应较低(0.00%)，治疗有效率较高(96.67%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.286、4.043，P=0.038、0.044)。结论 带状疱疹神经痛采用血府逐瘀汤进行治疗，可获得较为突出的临床效果，患者生活质量可明显改善，安全性极高。

Investigation on Curative Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Herpes Zoster Neuralgia and Investigation of Quality of Life

[Abstract] Objective Herpes zoster neuralgia needs to be treated with effective drugs to relieve the pain of patients. This article mainly explores the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. Methods This time， the experimental sample was conveniently selected to be 60 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia， and the specific time of admission to the patients was June to November 2019. The experimental group and the control group were divided according to the parity of the patients' treatment time in the hospital， and the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and conventional treatment was respectively adopted， the curative effect was compared. Results The quality of life [(3.16±1.98)points vs (7.14±1.29)points] and immune level [(38.64±1.25)% vs (26.32±1.84)%， (23.61±1.86)% vs (25.76±1.73)%， (1.68±0.21) vs (1.04±0.18)] of the two groups of patients， for comparative analysis， patients in the experimental group had more advantages， the difference was statistically significant(t=9.225， 30.336， 4.636 12.674， P<0.05). Comparing the treatment efficiency and adverse reactions between the two groups of patients， the experimental group had lower adverse reactions (0.00%) and higher treatment efficiency (96.67%)， the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.286，4.043， P=0.038，0.044). Conclusion The treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can achieve more prominent clinical effects.
