探析人性化服务在心血管内科临床护理中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨人性化服务护理在心血管内科临床护理中的重要意义。方法 方便选取2018年11月—2019年11月该院所接收的160例心血管内科患者为研究对象,将这160例患者随机分为两组,对于对照组的80例患者采取常规护理模式,对于观察组的80例患者在常规护理的基础之上采取人性化服务护理干预的方式。在干预1个月之后,对比分析两组患者对于相关护理人员的满意程度。结果 观察组的患者对于护理人员的满意程度达到97.5%,明显要高于对照组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.618,P<0.05)。结论 将人性化服务护理干预应用到心血管内科临床护理之中,使得患者能够提高对于护理人员的满意程度,因此,人性化护理干预值得在心血管内科临床护理中加以推广。

    Exploring the Application of Humanized Service in Clinical Nursing of Cardiovascular Medicine

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the importance of humanized service nursing in clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine. Methods Convenienty selected 160 patients in cardiovascular medicine received from November 2018 to November 2019 as research objects. The 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 80 patients in the control group were treated with conventional care. The 80 patients in the observation group took humanized service nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. After 1 month of intervention, the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed for their satisfaction with the relevant nursing staff. Results The patients in the observation group were 97.5% satisfied with the nursing staff, which was significantly higher than 50% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ2=46.618, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized service nursing intervention to the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine enable the patients to increase their satisfaction with nursing staff, therefore, humanized nursing intervention is worthy of promotion in the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine.

    心血管疾病,是指以心臟为基础,所引起的心脏功能障碍、阻塞等疾病,具有发病率高、病死率高等特征[1]。心血管疾病作为一种慢性疾病,在当代人群中十分常见,很多患者在得知自己的病情以后会出现紧张、焦虑等心理,并且由于心血管疾病经常会引发其他的病症,威胁患者的生命安全[2]。为了能够有效帮助心血管内科患者控制自己的病情,利用人性化服务护理干预就显得十分必要。人性化服务指的是生活护理、用药护理、疼痛护理、心理护理、以及健康知识宣教等5个方面的护理情况,对于心血管患者有着十分重要的意义。因此,该文对2018年11月—2019年11月所接收的80例心血管内科患者实施人性化服务护理干预,进行初步的分析,现报道如下。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    该次研究方便选取该院接收的160例心血管内科患者进行分析。其中观察组80例,男性患者48例,女性患者32例;年龄55~74岁。对照组80例,男性患者44例,女性患者36例;年龄56~77岁。该次研究病例通过伦理委员会批准并且征得患者及其家属同意。该次选取的病例排除有过往病史、精神压抑不正常等患者。对两组患者的年龄、性别等一般资料进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(纪鹏)
