[摘要] 目的：探讨肛周疾病与行为方式的关联性。方法：2006年4月～2007年10月的肛周疾病患者689例，通过对患者年龄、性别、职业、饮食习惯、生活时间以及排便时间等因素进行调查研究分析。结果：肛周疾病的好发年龄在18～45岁之间，重体力劳动者和工人的发病率高于干部，久坐、饮酒及食辛辣过度者以及蹲厕时间过长者均高于一般行为方式的人。结论：年龄、性别、工作性质、生活习惯等均是影响肛周疾病的因素。
