研究表明,乳腺浸润性导管癌Fhit蛋白表达与导管内癌比较,差异有统计学意义,乳腺癌伴淋巴结转移组Fhit蛋白表达率与未伴淋巴结转移组比较,差异有统计学意义,因此提示Fhit蛋白低表达与乳腺癌的侵袭、转移相关。Fhit基因异常、Fhit蛋白低表达均与乳腺癌进展相关;Fhit的低表达与乳腺癌患者无病生存率及其他多项临床病理指标显著相关[14]。Fhit蛋白用免疫组化方法易于检测,因此可能成为一种新的预后分子指标,用于临床监测患者预后。本实验中可看到存在着抑癌基因Fhit低表达的趋势。因此检测乳腺肿瘤组织中Fhit蛋白有助于对肿瘤恶性程度、侵袭性及预后做出正确的评价。
