[摘要] 目的:研究全麻对老年患者认知功能的影响。方法:15例患者麻醉诱导均采用静脉注射丙泊酚1.5~2.0 mg/kg。记录术前、插管5 min、切皮、拔管5 min、术后1、4、24、48 h患者收缩压变化,并于术前及术后1、4、24、48 h,采用简易智力状态检查(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评估患者的认知功能。记录患者的手术时间、出血量、输血量和输液量。结果:试验纳入患者15例,全部进入结果分析,中途无脱落。记录患者的手术时间,术中输血、输液量及出血量,各观察点收缩压以及患者自控镇痛效果,视觉模拟评分组间比较。术后1、4 h MMSE评分均较术前明显下降。术后24 h及48 h两组MMSE评分与术前比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:接受全身麻醉的患者采用MMSE评估认知功能,患者术后短期内均出现认知功能的降低。

The influence of cognitive function by the with propofol in elder patients after general anesthesia

[Abstract] Objective:This article discussed general anesthesia on cognitive function in elderly patients. Methods:15 patients were intravenous induction of anesthesia with propofol 1.5 to 2.0 mg/kg. In the experiment recorded before surgery,intubation 5 min,skin incision,extubation 5 min,after 1, 4, 24, 48 hour changes in vital signs of patients and using mini-mental state examination(mini-mental state examination, MMSE) evaluation of patient identification known functions in patients before and after l, 4, 24, 48 h. And it recorded operation time, blood loss, blood transfusion volume and infusion volume. Results:15 patients entered the final analysis, there was no lack of patients in the process. We carried out analogue scale between the two groups of patients with recorded operative time, intraoperative blood transfusion volume and the amount of bleeding, the observation points as well as the vital signs of patient-controlled analgesia vision. The results showed that after 1 h MMSE score and MMSE score after 4 h I group decreased significantly than that of preoperative and postoperative patients 4 h compared with the preoperative MMSE score declined ......
