[摘要] 探讨心血管病出现低钠血症的护理问题,通过对本科49例心血管病患者发生低钠血症的病因及护理对策进行分析,讨论低钠血症的发生、临床表现及处理方法,以提高护理质量,缩短患者的住院时间。
