[摘要] 目的:分析突发性耳聋的相关性因素,探讨其治疗方法。方法:搜集本院突发性耳聋患者的临床资料,对其病因、病程、治疗方法以及预后进行回顾性分析。结果:对于突发性耳聋的病因目前尚没有明确的说法,所以其治疗方法也没有特效处方和药物,在治疗上只能是根据发病时的临床表现、病程的长短、治疗时间的长短以及500 Hz听阀值来开处方。结论:突发性耳聋的治疗方法基于经验上的考虑,疗效缺乏严格的对照,有效率也难以评估;在治疗上力求争取良好的听力,详尽了解病史和及时治疗是关键。

    Analysis of some related factors of sudden deafness

    [Abstract] Objective: To analyze of the related factors of sudden deafness, and to explore its treatment. Methods: The clinical datas of patients with sudden deafness were collected from hospital, to be retrospectively analyzed its etiology, course, treatment and prognos. Results: The cause of sudden deafness had not yet have a clear statement, there was no treatment effects prescription and drugs; in the treatment when the disease could only be based on the clinical manifestations, course length, the length of treatment time, as well as 500 Hz to listen to the threshold to prescription. Conclusion:The treatment method of sudden deafness is based on empirical considerations, the effect of the lack of strict control,is efficient, it is difficult to assess; in treatment seeking for good hearing, a detailed understanding of history and timely treatment is crucial. ......
