[摘要] 目的:探讨直视微创胆囊切除术的护理配合措施。方法:对本院2007年10月～2009年10月应用直视微创胆囊切除术治疗的90例患者做好术前准备、术中配合以及患者术后不适的护理配合等措施。结果:所有患者均治愈出院。住院天数为1～5 d,平均为3 d。所有病例术后微痛或无痛,术后8～10 h下地活动,12～24 h进食流质。结论:直视微创胆囊切除术的护理配合是手术成功、患者身体顺利康复的重要保证。

    [Abstract] Objective:To explore the nursing of minimally invasive cholecystectomy straight with measures.
