[摘要] 目的:总结和观察静脉镇痛泵对臂丛麻醉术后患者的镇痛效果, 介绍操作中的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析患者手术后的镇痛效果, 采用线性视觉模拟评分法进行评价。结果:本组37例臂丛麻醉术后接受镇痛患者均达到满意效果。结论:静脉镇痛泵操作简便, 经济实惠, 是一种安全可靠的术后镇痛方法。

    Nursing experience form intravenous analgesia to postoperative patients with brachial plexus anesthesia

    [Abstract] Objective:To summarized and observed the analgesia effect of intravenous analgesia to postoperative patients with brachial plexus analgesia, to introduce the nursing operation.Methods:Retrospective analysis the analgesic effect of patients with postoperative, using a linear visual analog scale to evaluation. Results:37 cases of brachial plexus anesthesiapatients received postoperative pain treatment and got reached satisfactory results. Conclusion:The intravenous analgesia pump is simple, affordable, safe and reliable method of postoperative analgesia. ......
