[摘要] 目的:探讨应用子宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的效果。方法:对42例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的临床资料进行回顾分析和总结。结果:本组患者手术均较顺利,术后随访,3例患者1年后复发,行二次环状电切术治疗。一次性治愈率为92.9%。结论:子宫颈环形电切术以其检出率高且准确、创伤小、安全有效且操作方便等诸多优势,现被广泛应用于宫颈上皮内瘤变的治疗。

    The clinical observation of the cervix ring-like electrotomy treatment for the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of the cervix ring-like electrotomy treatment for the changes of the tumor on the uterine epithelium. Methods: The clinical data of 42 patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results: The surgery of all patients was successful. The patients were followed up after sugery, 3 cases recured after 1 year, the disposable cure rate was 92.9% by the line of the two ring-like electrotomy treatment. Conclusion: Cervix ring-like electrotomy by its detection of high rate and accurate,small wound, safe effective, and the ease of operation and so much superiority,is now widely applied in the lump changes in the cervix of the uterus epidermis. ......
