苦碟子联合奥扎格雷钠治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的:研究苦碟子联合奥扎格雷钠在治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效和对患者血液流变学的影响。方法:将110例2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=55)予以常规措施并加苦碟子注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗,对照组(n=55)以常规措施并加复方丹参注射液治疗。观察治疗前后临床表现、踝臂指数(ABI)和血液流变学的变化。结果:两组治疗后临床表现较治疗前有改善,但治疗组疗效较对照组更显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后ABI和血液流变学指标均有改善,与治疗前比较具有显著性,但治疗组的改善差异更具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:苦碟子联合奥扎格雷钠可显著改善下肢血液循环的高凝、高黏状态,是治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的有效途径。

Effects of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling in combination with sodium ozagrel on type 2 diabetes patients with crura vascular diseases

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effects of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling in combination with sodium ozagrel on type 2 diabetes patients with crura vascular diseases.Methods:110 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with cruravascular diseases were randomly divided into treatment group(n=55) who were given normal measures and sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling in combination with sodium ozagre,and control group(n=55) who were given common measures and compound danshen injection. Investigated the change of clinical manifestation,ABI and hemorheology before and after treatment. Results:Both groups were improved on ABI and hemorheology compared with before treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group were signfiantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling in combination with sodium ozagrel has better action on improving hemorheology. It is an effective method for treating diabetes patients with crura vascular diseases.

糖尿病合并下肢血管病变(PVD)是2型糖尿病(T2DM)常见的大血管并发症之一,发生率一般为60%～90%[1],患者可因血管狭窄或闭塞而导致肢体坏疽,其中有5%～10%的患者需行截肢手术[2]1034,这不但导致糖尿病患者的生活质量下降,而且造成巨大的经济和社会负担。因此,对于2型糖尿病下肢血管病变,必须从多个方面进行预防,并做到早发现、早治疗。本研究应用苦碟子联合奥扎格雷钠对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者进行治疗,取得了一定的效果,现报道如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
2008年8月～2009年8月本院收治的2型糖尿病合并糖尿病下肢血管病患者110例,其诊断均符合世界卫生组织1999年糖尿病诊断标准及中华医学会糖尿病分会所制定的《中国糖尿病防治指南》诊断标准。排除急、慢性肾炎、酮症、严重高血压、脑出血、生命体征不稳定、明显的肝功能损害、急性冠状动脉综合征、肿瘤、上消化道大出血、伴自身免疫性疾病、服用影响免疫功能药物、已出现肢体坏疽的患者 ......
