蒙脱石联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

[摘要] 目的:探讨蒙脱石联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效和安全性。方法:将56例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组28例,给予蒙脱石3.0 g,3次/d,加双歧杆菌四联活菌片1.5 g,3次/d口服;对照组28例,给予单剂蒙脱石3.0 g,3次/d,口服。两组1个疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组有效率为 92.9 %,对照组为71.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好疗效,且无明显副作用。

The observation of montmorillonite combined with viable bifidobacterium quadruple in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect and security of montmorillonite combined with viable bifidobacterium quadruple in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: 56 patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group had 28 cases who were given montmorillonite 3.0 g,3 times/d,plus four joint viable bifidobacterium quadruple film 1.5 g,3 times/d; the control group had 28 patients who were received a single dose of montmorillonite 3.0 g,3 times/d,the treatment courses of the two groups were 2 weeks. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%,and the control group was 71.4%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The montmorillonite combined with viable bifidobacterium quadruple in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has a good effect,and has no obvious side effects.

肠易激综合征(IBS)是一组由腹部不适或腹痛伴排便异常、大便性状改变组成的肠功能紊乱综合征,肠道本身无任何器质性病变。病因复杂,涉及遗传、精神心理、感染及肠道细菌菌群的改变等因素。本院应用蒙脱石和双歧四联活菌联合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,取得较好疗效,现报道如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2007年10月～2008年11月本院门诊和住院的IBS患者56例,肠功能紊乱的诊断符合IBS罗马Ⅲ标准[1],将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组28例,男13例,女15例,年龄21～60岁,平均41岁;对照组28例,男14例,女14例,年龄20～61岁,平均39岁。两组在性别、年龄、病程及体征等方面具有可比性。治疗前所有患者大便常规及培养均阴性,大便隐血实验阴性;结肠镜或X线钡剂灌肠检查排除其他病变;血尿常规正常,生化检查正常;剔除伴有心血管、内分泌及其他慢性器质性疾病者。治疗前均详细向患者说明病情,解除心理障碍,并在治疗过程中保持原有生活习惯不变。
1.2 方法
治疗组口服蒙脱石3.0 g,3次/d,加双歧四联活菌片1.5 g,3次/d,口服;对照组口服单剂蒙脱石3.0 g,3次/d。两组1个疗程均为2周。治疗过程中禁用对消化道功能有影响的药物,禁用抗生素。
1.3 疗效判定
显效:临床症状完全消失,大便次数1～2次/d,便软,成形,无黏液;有效:原有症状部分消失,腹泻次数减少半数以上;无效:达不到上述标准 ......
