脑电生物反馈训练对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的疗效分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨脑电生物反馈训练对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的疗效。方法:对36例ADHD患儿进行脑电生物反馈训练, 于治疗前、治疗20、40 次后,利用持续操作性测试(CPT)和临床症状评估对脑电生物反馈训练的疗效进行评定。结果:治疗20 次后ADHD儿童的多动因子、多动指数改善(P<0.05),而行为、学习、躯体和焦虑因子无明显改善;持续操作性测试(CPT)的漏按率明显改善(P<0.05),反应时和误按率无明显变化。治疗40 次后ADHD儿童的多动因子、多动指数进一步改善(P<0.05),ADHD 患儿的行为因子和学习因子改善明显(P<0.05),躯体因子和焦虑因子差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CPT测试的漏按率无进一步改善(P>0.05),反应时明显改善(P<0.05),而误按率无明显变化。结论:40次比20次脑电生物反馈训练能有效改善ADHD患儿的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

    The study of effectiveness of electroencephalogram biofeedback training on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

    [Abstract ] Objective:To explore the effectiveness of EEG biofeedback training on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Methods:36 children with ADHD underwent EEG biofeedback treatment.Assessment of clinical symptom and CPT test were carried out before treatment and after 20 times treatment and after 40 times treatment. Results:After 20 times treatment, there was significantly difference in hyperactivity factor, hyperactivity index and omission rate in CPT before and after treatment in ADHD children (P<0.05).After 40 times treatment, hyperactivity factor and hyperactivity index continued to improve(P<0.05) , there was significantly difference in Conners'behavior factor and learning factor and reaction time in CPT,but no difference in conners'somatic factor and anxiety factor and omission rate in CPT. Conclusion:Forty sessions'EEG feedback treatment is more effective than 20 sessions'on clinical symptoms of ADHD children's,it is worthy to promotion and application in clinical.

    注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD) 以与年龄不相称的注意力不集中、冲动及过度活动为核心症状。脑电生物反馈治疗作为一种非药物的干预方法, 对约75%的ADHD儿童有效, 可以改善其注意力、冲动性、反应速度及稳定性[1-2]。但各研究的治疗时间存在较大差异,不同疗程的疗效特点是否存在差异,本研究运用CPT和临床症状评估对不同脑电生物反馈治疗次数前后进行评估,以进一步了解延长治疗时间后EEG反馈治疗对ADHD患儿的临床疗效 ......
