门诊护理管理方法的探讨与实施

     [摘要] 门诊是医院面向社会的窗口,门诊质量是医院医疗技术水平和医疗服务质量的综合体现,是衡量医院管理水平的重要标志。护理质量的高低直接关系到患者获得的服务质量的高低。作为门诊护理工作的管理者要善于发现问题,及时总结经验,提高门诊的护理质量,使患者得到满意的服务。
