[摘要] 目的:了解输卵管造影过程中迷走神经反射的原因、表现及处理措施。方法:针对输卵管造影过程中发生迷走神经反射的原因,给予解痉、止痛、心理护理、扩容、升压等综合处理。结果:发生迷走神经反射的患者,经及时、积极处理,症状均迅速缓解,恢复正常。结论:系统掌握输卵管造影时发生迷走神经反射的原因、临床表现及处理方法,能有效控制迷走神经反射的发生及不良后果。

    Vagal reflex observation and treatment during SSG

    [Abstract] Objective: To understand the causes, manifestations and treatment of vagal reflex during SSG. Methods: Treated with spasm, pain, psychological care, expansion, boost and other comprehensive treatment based on the reasons which occured vagal reflex during SSG. Results: The patients with vagus nerve reflex by timely, active treatment, symptom relief were quickly returned to normal. Conclusion: Systematic learning of the causes, manifestations and treatment of vagal reflex during SSG can control the occurrence of vagal reflex and negative consequences effectively. ......
