[摘要] 目的:探讨肝胆管结石的再手术方式a及其临床效果。方法:回顾性分析22例肝胆管结石患者再次手术的临床资料。结果:全组无死亡患者,疗效优良20例,差2例,优良率为90.9%;术后并发症少。结论:胆道再手术病因复杂,以肝胆管结石复发和结石残留居多,在治疗中,精湛的肝脏外科手术技术是开展复杂胆道外科手术、并保证手术成功的基础。

    Hepatolithiasis clinical analysis of reoperation

    [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the re-operation for hepatolithiasis and its clinical effect.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 22 cases of bile duct stones in patients with clinical data of re-operation.Results:There was no death in patients with the evaluation criteria,good in 20 cases,poor in 2 cases,90.9% good;few complications.Conclusion:Complex causes of biliary tract reoperation to bile duct stone recurrence and residual stones are mostly in the treatment,the superb technology of liver surgery for complex biliary tract surgery,and to ensure that the basis of success rate. ......
