[摘要] 目的：观察窝沟封闭材料防治根面龋的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2008年1月～2009年6月收治的根面龋患者60例，将其随机分为两组。对临床诊断有活动性根面龋的患者进行封闭治疗，30例患者选用窝沟封闭材料作为实验组，另外30例患者选用复合树脂材料作为对照组。结果：经过本院口腔科医护人员的跟踪观察与研究，1年后实验组窝沟封闭材料保留率为79%，而对照组复合树脂材料的保留率为62.8%，两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在现代口腔科临床医学中，窝沟封闭材料对于防治根面龋具有较为理想的效果，值得进一步推广和应用。

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the sealant material control root caries clinical efficacy. Methods: The hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 were treated 60 patients with root caries were randomly divided into two groups.
