[摘要] 目的：探讨p21基因表达与口腔扁平苔藓及口腔鳞状细胞癌发生、发展的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学技术(S-P法)检测p21基因在20例正常口腔黏膜组织、38例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓和38例口腔鳞状细胞癌标本中的表达。结果：38例口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓患者中p21阳性表达率为34.21%(13/38)；在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织p21阳性表达率为60.53%(23/38)和正常组织中检测到p21的表达为10%，口腔鳞状细胞癌组织、口腔扁平苔藓、正常组织之间的p21基因的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：p21基因的表达与上皮细胞的分化状态有关。p21在口腔鳞状细胞癌中高度表达，可能与口腔扁平苔藓预后及癌的发生发展有关，p21 蛋白可以作为一种可靠的标志物，指导临床治疗和判断预后，对癌的早期诊断具有重要价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression of p21 gene in oral lichen planus and oral squamous cell cancer of the relationship. Methods: Immunohistochemistry(S-P method) detected p21 gene in 20 cases of normal oral mucosa, 38 cases of erosive oral lichen planus and 38 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma of the expression. Results: 38 cases of oral erosive lichen planus patients with p21 positive expression rate was 34.21%(13/38); in oral squamous cell carcinoma p21 expression was 60.53%(23/38) and p21 was detected in normal tissue expression was 10%, oral squamous cell carcinoma, oral lichen planus and normal tissues of the p21 gene expression between the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: p21 gene expression and differentiation state of epithelial cells. p21 in oral squamous cell carcinoma is highly expressed in the prognosis of oral lichen planus may be associated with the occurrence of cancer and related to the development, p21 protein can be used as a reliable marker for clinical treatment and prognosis, early diagnosis of cancer has an important value.
