[摘要] 目的：探讨结直肠癌肝转移更为合理的诊治方法。方法：回顾46例结直肠癌肝转移的临床资料，结合文献分析结直肠癌肝转移诊治的临床效果。 结果：本组无手术死亡，存活时间为7~60个月，平均存活23.6个月。结论：合理应用综合疗法可以拓展手术适应证，明显改善结直肠癌肝转移患者的预后。

    [Abstract] Objective: Explore colorectal cancer transfer text more reasonable treatment. Methods: Review 46 patients with liver metastasis in colorectal cancer the clinical data of documental analysis liver metastasis in colorectal cancer diagnosis of clinical effects.Results: No operative death, survival time of seven months to 60 months, average survival 23.6 months. Conclusion: Reasonable use of combination therapy can expand the operation indication, obviously improve liver metastasis in colorectal cancer patient's prognosis.
