[摘要] 目的：探讨肾康1号配合激素对原发性肾病综合征的临床治疗效果。方法：将本院2008年7月~ 2010年6月收治的50例原发性肾病综合征患者随机均分为两组。两组患者均进行激素与对症治疗。对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组采用加服肾康1号进行治疗，疗程均为2个月。疗程结束后对两组患者的疗效进行观察分析，对患者各项指标及激素并发症进行观察测定比较。结果：疗程结束后治疗组在疗效、患者各项指标及降低激素并发症方面均优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肾康l号配合激素对原发性肾病综合征进行治疗，其在减少激素并发症、降低激素副作用及改善患者肾病综合征临床症状与提高临床疗效方面都有显著效果。

Shenkang 1 combined with hormone therapy in 50 cases with primary nephrotic syndrome

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate effect of Shenkang 1 combined with hormone treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods: 50 patients of our hospital from July 2008 to June 2009 were treated with primary nephrotic syndrome, who were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were hormone and symptomatic treatment. The control group treated with conventional Western medicine, the treatment group was added services for treatment of Shenkang 1, a course of 2 months. After the treatment, the efficacy of the two groups were observed and analyzed, the indicators of patient complications were observed and measured hormone compared. Results: After the treatment efficacy of the treatment group, patients with complications of the indicators and reduce the hormones were better than the control group, two groups was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenkang 1 with hormone treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome and its complications in the reduction of hormones, reducing hormone side effects and improve clinical symptoms in patients with nephrotic syndrome and improve the clinical efficacy has a significant effect.

1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
将本院收治的50例原发性肾病综合征患者均分为两组。对照组25例，男15例，女10例，年龄18~53岁，平均35岁，病程最短的3个月，最长的3年，平均14个月，镜下血尿及高血压均为10例；实验组25例，男14例，女11例，年龄17~55岁，平均34岁，病程最短3.5个月，最长3.5年，平均15.5个月，镜下血尿12例，高血压13例 ......
