丽珠胃三联短程治疗Hp感染PU疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察丽珠胃三联短程治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡(PU)1周的疗效。方法：观察了100例Hp感染的PU，其中，GU 40例，DU 60例。随机分成三组，A组丽珠胃三联治疗1周，B组丽珠胃三联治疗2周，C组奥美拉唑、甲硝唑、阿莫西林胶囊治疗1周。服药前及停药后4周内镜检查14C呼气试验阳性者为Hp感染，Hp(-)为Hp根除。结果：100例患者完成治疗后复查，总有效率分别为89.4%、86.6%、87.5%。消化性溃疡治疗总有效率分别为94.7%、96.7%、93.2%，P>0.05，差异均无统计学意义。三组有轻微副反应但不影响治疗。结论：结果表明了丽珠胃三联根除Hp后，溃疡很快愈合勿需加用抑酸剂。说明丽珠胃三联1周治疗方案具有疗程短、剂量小、副反应小、疗效高的特点，是理想根除Hp、治愈溃疡及降低复发的方案。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the short-term triple therapy Livzon Hp infection in peptic ulcer (PU) 1 week of treatment. Methods: 100 patients with Hp infection in the PU, which, GU 40 cases, DU 60 cases. Randomly divided into three groups, group A for 1 week livzon triad, group B livzon triple therapy two weeks, group C omeprazole, metronidazole, amoxicillin treatment for 1 week. Results: 100 patients completed the treatment after the review, the total effective rate was 89.4%, 86.6%, 87.5%. Conclusion: The results show after Livzon triple eradication of Hp, ulcer healing Needless quickly added with acid suppression agents.
