阿奇霉素治疗COPD急性发作期支原体感染的临床效果观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的:观察阿奇霉素治疗COPD急性发作期合并支原体感染的临床效果。方法:选取本院2007年3月~2009年12月收治的126例COPD急性发作期合并支原体感染患者,随机分为观察组(阿奇霉素治疗组)和对照组(红霉素治疗组)各63例,比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:①观察组治愈45例,显效12例,有效4例,总有效率为90.5%;对照组治愈34例,显效11例,有效12例,总有效率为71.4%。两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②两组患者治疗过程中发生不良反应均较轻微,观察组发生恶心2例,对照组发生头昏1例,食欲不振1例,均未影响治疗。结论:阿奇霉素治疗COPD急性发作期合并支原体感染效果理想,且安全性较高。

    Clinical effect observation of azithromycin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD with mycoplasma infection

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the azithromycin in acute exacerbation of COPD combined effect of mycoplasma infection. Methods: In our hospital from March 2007 to December 2009 126 patients admitted with acute exacerbation of COPD combined mycoplasma infection were randomly divided into groups (azithromycin group) and control group (erythromycin treatment group) of the 63 cases two groups were compared patients outcomes and adverse effects. Results: ① Observed 45 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, total effective rate was 90.5%; control group, 34 cases were cured, 11 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, total effective rate was 71.4%. Significant difference between the two groups of patients (P<0.01), with statistical significance. ②Two groups of patients experienced adverse events during treatment were mild, 2 cases of nausea in observation group and control group had 1 case of dizziness, loss of appetite in 1 case, no impact on treatment.
