灯盏细辛注射液足三里穴位注射联合静脉滴注治疗脑梗死68例临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察灯盏细辛注射液足三里穴位注射联合静脉滴注治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法：68例确诊为脑梗死患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组用灯盏细辛注射液稀释后静脉滴注，并予灯盏细辛注射液对每位患者进行双足三里穴位注射；对照组仅用灯盏细辛注射液40 ml稀释后静脉滴注，两组的治疗次数均为每日1次，14 d为1个疗程，共观察1个疗程，疗程结束后比较两种方法的疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为85%和83%，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义；而显著有效率分别为89%和56%，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义；两组在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论：灯盏细辛注射液足三里穴位注射联合静脉滴注治疗脑梗死是安全的，且较单纯静脉滴注灯盏细辛注射液的治疗方法起效更快、疗效更好。

The clinical observation of treatment by acupuncture point injection in zusanli combine with intravenous drip of erigeron breviscapus injectio for 68 patientswith cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of treatment by acupuncture point injection combine with intravenous drip of erigeron breviscapus injectio for cerebral infarction. Methods: 68 patients with cerebral infarction were assign to 2 groups: the therapy groupwere treat with acupuncture point injection in zusanli combine with intravenous drip of erigeron breviscapus injecti, the control group were treat with only intravenous drip of erigeron breviscapus injectio a day, the frequence were once each day and the course of treatment were 14 days in both group. Results: The total effective rate was 85% in therapy group and was 83% in control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), but the marked effective rate was 89% in therapy group and was 56% in control group which had the significant difference (P<0.05). There was no untoward reaction in both groups during the trial. Conclusion: Treatment by acupuncture point injection in zusanli combine with intravenous drip of erigeron breviscapus injectio is not only safe but also has faster and better effect.

灯盏细辛注射液应用于临床治疗脑血管及心血管疾病已有多年。因其疗效较确切，无明显的毒副作用，已被我国各大医院广泛应用。本科2008年7月～2010年7月用灯盏细辛注射液足三里穴位注射联合静脉滴注治疗脑梗死患者68例，效果良好，现报道如下：
