医院构建科学的内部竞聘模式分析(1)

     [摘要] 随着公立医院改革的不断深入,医院人事选拔任用等管理制度均面临着改革,作为人事改革的一项重要内容——内部竞聘,在激活医院现有人力资源存量,促进人力资源重新配置和选拔优秀人才上,越来越显示出其独特的优势。本文结合某市三级医院护士长竞聘工作,探讨在避免内部竞聘失效的同时如何建立科学的内部竞聘模式。

    Discussion on how to set up a scientific internal competing model

    [Abstract] With the development of the publicly funded clinic reform in China, the management system on personnel selection and appointment related to hospital is now facing with the trend of reform. Internal competing, as an important content of the reform to the personnel, has its particular advantage in activating the stock ofhumanresource in hospital, improving the redeployment of personnel and selectingoutstanding people. On the base of the situation of the competing for head nurse from a class-three hospital, to discuss how to set up a scientific internal competing model with avoiding it end to failure. ......
