     [摘要] 探索医院人力资源合理利用的激励管理。医院将人力资源管理与医院的改革目标和发展战略相结合,通过建立完善的激励机制并组织实施,全院职工的积极性、主动性与创造性得以充分调动和发挥。医院人力资源的激励管理是促进人与医院共同发展的有效手段。
