[摘要] 真空辅助活检系统(VAB)是一种诊治乳腺病变的新型活检技术，因其有较高敏感度及准确度，且可以获取足够标本量甚至局部完全切除病变而获得越来越广泛的关注。但目前国内应用的VAB麦默通和万可系统都有其临床应用的局限性。本文针对真空辅助系统的工作原理、适应证及临床应用现状作了简单介绍，并对其存在的问题和改进方向做一展望。

    [Abstract] Vacuum-assisted biopsy (VAB) system is a kind of new technology in diagnosing and curing breast lesions. Because of its high sensitivity, accuracy and adequately achieving specimen or even totally removing lesions in some cases, VAB system has gained more attention.
