[摘要] 康复医学在我国是一个新兴专业，起步较晚，但其发展又是时代所需，我国多所大学已相继设立了康复医学和治疗专业，关于其培养模式的研究一直是近年来的热点问题。本文分析了新的就业环境下康复治疗技术专业培养目标的变化，并提出了培养模式的相应改变。

    [Abstract] Rehabilitatory medicine, a newly-emerging major, although with a late onset, is demanded by the times. The major of Rehabilitatory Medicine and Treatment has been established in many colleges and univeristies in China. Researching into the model of cultivation of the specialized talents has been a hot topic over the recent years. In this paper, the author offers an analysis of the multi-faceted changes in the cultivation objective for this major as entailed by the new employment environment, and then on the basis of the analysis, formulates the corresponding alterations to the cultivation model. ......
