[摘要] 目的：探讨目标性监测在防范医务人员职业暴露中的应用效果。方法：采用回顾性结合前瞻性调查的方法，开展医务人员职业暴露目标性监测。分析发生职业暴露的危险因素，制定并实施监测方案，明确监测目标，收集分析、反馈监测结果，实施干预措施，评价监测效果，持续质量改进。结果：实施目标性监测前医务人员职业暴露发生率为9.6%，实施后为2.7%, 实施前后比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：实施目标性监测能有效防范医务人员职业暴露的发生。

    Applications of targeted monitoring of occupational exposure of medical personnel in management

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the effects of targeted monitoring in prevention of occipational exposure of medical personnel. Methods: Used the method of retrospective survey combining with forward-looking. Carried out the targeted monitoring of occupational exposure of medical personnel. Analyzed the risk factors of occupational exposure, to develop and implement monitoring programs and cleared the monitoring objectives. Collected the results of analysis and feedback. Implement the interventions, evaluated the monitoring results and continue the improvement of quality. Results: The exposure rate of medical personnel before targeted monitoring was 9.6%, and 2.7% after. Compared the rates of before and after, there was significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion: Implementing targeted monitoring can protect the medical personnel effectively from occupational exposure. ......
