[摘要] 目的：探讨奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法：回顾性分析使用奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗的52例胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床资料，观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果：本组52例患者治疗后均取得满意疗效，其中痊愈46例(88.46%)，好转6例(11.54%)，总有效率为100.00%。51例患者2例出现腹泻，1例出现腹痛，均未给予特殊处理，1周内消失，全部患者治疗期间血尿常规和肝肾功能均无异常。结论：奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利可有效缓解胆汁反流性胃炎症状，是治疗反流性胃炎的有效药物，值得临床推广。

    Clinical observation of omeprazole joint mosapride in treatment of bile reflux gastritis

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical effect of omeprazole joint mosapride in treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods: Clinical datas of 52 cases with bile reflux gastritis treated with omeprazole joint mosapride were analyzed retrospectively, observed the effect and adverse reactions. Results: 52 patients had achieved satisfactory curative effect after treatment, 46 cases (88.46%) of recovery, 6 cases (11.54%) of improvement. Total effective rate was 100.00%. Of 51 cases, 2 patients suffered diarrhoea, abdominal pain in 1 case, all did not give special treatment, that disappeared in 1 week, all patients, blood routine urine routine and hepatic and renal function all without exception during treatment. Conclusion: Omeprazole joint mosapride can relieve bile reflux gastritis symptom effectively, it is effective drugs of the treatment of reflux gastritis, it is worth of clinical promotion. ......
