[摘要] 目的：研究回环斜牵抖伸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及初步探讨其起效机制。方法：对82例腰椎间盘突出症的住院患者进行随访分析，其中治疗组在常规保守治疗的基础上，加用回环斜牵抖伸法治疗；对照组行常规保守治疗。结果：治疗组随访优良率为91.1%，对照组为75.7%，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：回环斜牵抖伸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有明确的疗效，值得进一步推广及应用。

    Clinical observation of the circle traction and shaking out method in the lumbar disc herniation treatment

    [Abstract] Objective: To research the effect of the circle traction and shaking out method in the lumbar disc herniation treatment, and preliminary discusses the work mechanism. Methods: 82 cases of lumbar disc herniation of hospitalized patients were followed up analysis, including the treatment group in conventional conservative treatment on the basis of the circle, add with circle traction and shaking out method treatment; conventional conservative treatment in the control group did. Results: Follow-up treatment group was 91.1% and 75.7% in control group, two groups of curative effect was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The circle traction and shaking out method in the lumbar disc herniation treatment have clear curative effect, it is worth further promotion and application. ......
