三位一体治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻46例临床疗效分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：对采用三位一体治疗方法治疗患有术后粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床效果进行分析。方法：随机抽取在2006年10月~2010年10月4年时间里，在本院就诊的患有术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床确诊患者92例，将其随机分为A、B两组，每组46例。A组患者采用TDP针灸和电针的二位方法进行治疗；B组患者在A组基础上，加用大承气汤进行三位一体的治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗过程中的并发症和不良反应进行比较分析。结果：分析结果表明，B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组比较，其有效率明显高出很多，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者在整个治疗过程中，均未出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：采用三位一体的方法对患有术后肠粘连性梗阻的患者进行治疗的临床效果比较明显，具有见效快、治愈率高、病症少、安全可靠等一系列优势，值得在今后临床对该类患者进行治疗的过程中予以使用和推广。

Analysis of clinical curative effect about trinity treatment of 46 patients with postoperative adhesion ileus

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect of trinity treatment of patients with postoperative adhesion ileus. Methods: Selected 92 cases from October 2006 to October 2010, randomly divided into two groups of A and B, on average every group of 46 patients. A group of patients with acupuncture and moxibustion the TDP curative two methods for treatment; Group B patients in group A basis, add with large cap on the treatment of trinity gas soup. Two groups of patients for clinical treatment effect, treatment process of complications and adverse reactions and complications phenomenon was analyzed. Results: The analysis results showed that the group B patients for clinical treatment effect and the group A comparison, the efficient obviously A much higher, there was a significant statistical difference (P<0.05); Two groups of patients in the treatment process, all did not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomena, there was no significant statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: The method of trinity with postoperative bowel obstruction of patients adhesion of the clinical treatment effect is quite obvious, with quick effect, the cure rate is high, the less disease, safety and reliability, and a series of advantage in the future for the patients for clinical treatment shall be in the process of use and promotion.
