[摘要] 目的：探讨天枢、上巨虚穴位注射维生素B1对预防骨科患者便秘的效果。方法：将72例患者随机分成两组，每组36例，通过对照实验，观察在天枢、上巨虚穴位注射维生素B1对预防骨科患者便秘的效果。结果：在对骨伤科患者的常规护理基础上，结合天枢、上巨虚穴位注射维生素B1，能很好地促进患者排便、取得良好的效果，手术后治疗组总有效率为97.2%，而对照组为77.8%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：术后早期结合在天枢、上巨虚穴位注射维生素B1能有效预防骨科患者术后便秘。

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of constipation by day, on the virtual hub to prevent vitamin B1 point injection orthopaedic patients. Methods: 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups, and each had 36 cases, through the contrast experiment, observed in day atlas on giant virtual point injection, to prevent vitamin B1 orthopaedic patient constipation effect. Results: Of patients in the conventional care orthopedics foundation, the union days on the virtual axis, point injection vitamin B1, was good to promote the patient defecate, obtain good effect, after the surgery treatment group total effectiveness was 97.2%, compared to 77.8% in the placebo group, the two group total effectiveness were different, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Early postoperative in days, with the giant atlas and virtual point injection vitamin B1 can effectively prevent the orthopaedic after patient constipation. ......
