[摘要] 目的：探讨重性精神病在社区管理的方法与效果。方法：回顾性分析164例精神病患者的管理方式、步骤与效果。结果：164例患者中筛查出重性精神病患者94例，纳入重性精神病治疗管理项目中，经过社区管理后均痊愈。结论：重性精神疾病患者实行社区管理，有利于护理工作的开展，提高了患者对治疗的依从性，有效缓解了精神症状，促进了患者与社会的接触和情感交流，值得推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the explore and results of management of severe mental illness in the community. Methods: Retrospective analyzed of 164 psychiatric patients of management, procedures and results. Results: 164 patients screened 94 patients with severe psychosis, severe mental illness into treatment management programs, through community management after they all recovered.
