[摘要] 目的：通过健康查体探讨机关事业在职人员的身体状况。方法：对9 476名(男/女=6 646/2 830，年龄28～60岁)机关事业在职人员的血生化结果进行统计分析。结果：综合异常率有谷丙转氨酶(ALT)占5.7%，谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)占8.4%，三酰甘油(TG)占9.8%，胆固醇(CHO)占2.9%，高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)占1.0%，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)占3.6%，血糖(GLU)占10.2%，尿酸(UA)占6.5%，均超出正常范围。结论：调查显示连续3年生化查体结果的异常率呈递增趋势，应引起人们的高度重视。

    [Abstract] Objective: Through the health examination to discuss the health of government organization on-the-job personnel. Methods: 9 476 (male/female was 6 646/2 830, age of 28-60 years old) blood biochemical results of government organization on-the-job personnel were statistically analyzed. Results: The abnormal rate, comprehensive alanine aminotransferase (ALT) was 5.7%, glutamine shift enzyme (GGT) was 8.4%, triglycerides (TG) was 9.8%, cholesterol (CHO) was 2.9%, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) was 1.0%, C low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) was 3.6%, blood sugar (GLU) was 10.2%, uric acid (UA) was 6.5%, which were all outside the normal range. Conclusion: Investigation shows that for three years on the abnormal rate biochemical the increasing trend, it should arouse the attention of the people. ......
