[摘要] 目的：探讨在基层医院内镜微波治疗胃黏膜脱垂症的临床实用性、安全性。方法：对178例胃黏膜脱垂症患者行内镜下微波点灼治疗。结果：178例中临床症状消失119例，症状明显减轻43例，有效率为91.0%。术中、术后均无出血、穿孔等，术后4周胃镜复查。结论：微波治疗胃黏膜脱垂症疗效确切，安全性高，值得基层医院临床推广应用。

    Clinical analysis of the endoscopic microwave in treatment of gastric mucosa prolapse disease in 178 cases

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the chinical effect and safety of endoscopic microwave in treatment of gastric mucosa prolapse disease. Methods: 178 cases of gastric mucosa prolapse disease were treated with endoscopic microwave burning. Results: The clinical symptoms disappeared in 119 cases of 178 cases, the symptoms were significantly reduced in 43 cases of 178 cases, the effective rate was 91.0%. There was no bleeding and perforation in or after the operation. Conclusion: The endoscopic microwave in treatment of gastric mucosa prolapse disease is effective and safe, which should be recommended in basical hospital. ......
