综合疗法治疗糖尿病足48例临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察综合疗法治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：符合病例入选标准的糖尿病足患者96例。将96例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组，每组各48例。对照组采用常规药物控制血糖，治疗组在此基础上进行营养神经、控制感染，并局部外敷。均治疗15 d为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：两组血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)的变化等观察指标治疗前后相比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率为89.58%，对照组患者总有效率为63.58%。两组相比差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：严格控制血糖、抗感染、改善微循环、营养神经、局部清创及对症支持等综合疗法治疗糖尿病足临床疗效显著，可有效改善微循环障碍及组织缺血缺氧，促进糖尿病足溃疡的修复。

Clinical observation on 96 cases diabetes foot with the comprehensive treatment

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive treatment for diabetes foot. Methods: Ninety six cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each group were 48 cases. Control group was used by routine drugs to control blood sugar, the treatment group based on this neural, control of infection, nutrition and local topical. All treatment for a course of 15 days for 1 course, after one course, the curative effect was observed. Results: Two groups serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) such as the change of the observation index before and after treatment were statistically significantly different (P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group was 89.58% and control group was 63.58%. The two groups had obvious difference, P<0.05. Conclusion: Strictly control blood sugar, anti-infection, improve microcirculation, nutrition nerve, local debridement and symptomatic support combined therapy in diabetes foot has clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the microcirculation and organization of blood anoxic, promote diabetes foot ulcer repair.

糖尿病足(dinbetic foot，DF)是一种临床常见病，是糖尿病的主要并发症之一[1]，以足部麻木变凉、肿胀、感觉减退、疼痛、溃疡及坏疽为主要临床表现，如失治误治可引起截肢等严重的后果，严重影响了患者的生活质量。笔者2010年1月～2011年6月采用综合疗法治疗糖尿病足患者96例，获得了较好的疗效，现报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2010年1月～2011年6月在本院内分泌科住院治疗的96例糖尿病足患者为观察对象，按就诊的先后顺序随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组48例，其中，男28例，女20例；年龄最小49岁，最大83岁，平均(53.8±7.1)岁；糖尿病病程最短10年 ......
