提高基础护理质量对癌症患者的影响(2)
当前，有效的综合治疗完全能够大大延长中晚期癌症患者的生存时间，提高其生活质量，并能使其恢复一定的工作能力。这种压力往往伴随治疗全过程。关怀、照顾和鼓励是癌症患者与病魔进行斗争的勇气的源泉，需要注意的是这种关怀与照顾必须适度，必须以患者能够接受的方式进行，必须以有利于帮助患者康复为目标。所以要求护士规范地掌握各项护理操作，学习的内容不仅限于基础护理操作，还拓展到专科护理、沟通技巧、职业礼仪、社会人文科学知识等方面，培养出高素质的护理队伍[5-6]。
