[摘要] 目的：探讨精神药物与其他药物作用对患者的影响。方法：将138例各类精神病患者分成两组，对照组给予奥氮平5~10 mg/d(最高20 mg/d)治疗，观察组给予奥氮平与其他的肠胃等药物并用，评定治疗前及治疗的第1、8周末两组的疗效及副作用。结果：观察组、对照组治疗前与治疗后的BPRS总分、PANSS总分、PANSS各分量表得分均值间的差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；且两组间治疗后的BPRS总分、PANSS总分、PANSS各分量表得分均值间的差异亦均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后发生多起副作用，有轻度嗜睡、乏力、体重增加、便秘等。结论：在临床实践中，并不常出现多种精神疾病同患病例，不少患者都需要同时服用两种或更多的药物进行治疗，所以对于两种药物的连用产生的问题要加以重视。

The influence of spirit drug and other common drug on the patients

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of spirit drug and other common drugs on patients. Methods: One hundred and thirty-eight cases of psychopath patients were divided into two groups, the control group were given olanzapine 5-10 mg/d (maximum 20 mg/d), the observation group were given olanzapine and other drugs, the efficacy and side effects before treatment and the 1th, 8th weekend after treatment were evaluated. Results: There were significant differences among the total scores of BPRS, PANSS and PANSS individual table scores of two groups before and after treatment (P<0.01); and there were also significant differences between two groups after treatment (P<0.01). There were more side effects of observation group, sunch as mild sleepiness, lack of power, weight gain, constipation, etc. Conclusion: In clinical practice, there are not often appeares sick patients with multiple mental illness, many patients have to take two or more drugs treatment at the same time, so it need to be considered the problems which caused by the two drugs reciprocity.

所谓药物相互作用，指的是同一时间或相隔一定时间服用两种或更多种类药物的情况下，一种药物对其他种类药物作用造成一定的影响[1]，进而导致药物自身药理效应或毒性效应发生变化。精神疾病的临床表现形式多样，同时患有多种精神疾病的实例在临床实践中也并不罕见[2]，同时随着抗精神疾病治疗药物适用证范围的不断拓展，不少患者都需要同时服用两种或更多的药物进行治疗，针对临床治疗实践中这一现实问题，对精神药物与其他常用药物之间的相互作用以及给患者造成的影响进行深入分析和探究具有极为重要的现实意义。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择本院2009年1月～2011年1月住院的并且符合CCMD-Ⅱ-R[1]各类精神病的诊断标准，入选患者共138例，其中，男54例，女84例；年龄18~58岁，平均(31.6±8.3)岁；病程1个月~19年，平均(6.8±4.5)年；分裂症或分裂样精神病者91例 ......
