厄贝沙坦联合丹参治疗2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：对采用厄贝沙坦和丹参联合的方法对患有2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行比较分析。方法：抽取80例在本院就诊的患有2型糖尿病肾病的临床确诊患者，将其随机分为A、B两组各40例。A组患者采用厄贝沙坦进行治疗；B组患者采用厄贝沙坦和丹参注射联合的方法进行治疗，对两组患者在治疗前后的相关生理指标的变化情况进行比较分析。结果：B组患者在治疗前后UARE、β2-MG值的改善幅度均较A组患者大得多，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；该组患者治疗前后的血液流变学改善情况也明显优于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用厄贝沙坦和丹参联合的方法对患有2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的患者进行治疗的临床效果十分明显，患者在治疗的过程中不会出现特殊的并发症和不良反应现象，可以作为今后临床对该病患者进行治疗的首选方法。

Clinical effects of irbesartan combine with salvia miltiorrhiza in treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy proteinuria

[Abstract] Objective: To make comparable analysis of the treatment clinical effects by treating the patients suffered from type 2 diabetic nephropathy proteinuria with Salvia Miltiorrhiza combine with Irbesartan. Methods: Eighty cases of patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetic nephropathy proteinuria in our hospital were divided into group A (40 cases) and group B (40cases) randomly. Applied Irbesartan to group A, while injected Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Irbesartan to group B. Made comparable analysis about the related physical indexes changing conditions of the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: For the UARE、β2-MG value's improve range before and after the treatment, group B had been proved to be much bigger than those of group A, and remarkable statistic difference had been found (P<0.05). For the hemarheology improve range before and after the treatment, group B had been proved to be much better than that of group A, and notable statistic difference had been found (P<0.05). Conclusion: It proves that obvious clinical effects can be found by treating type 2 diabetic nephropathy proteinuria with Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Irbesartan. No special complication and adverse reaction can be found during the treatment. It has been proved to be the preferred method to treat the patients in the future clinical treatment ......
