刺五加在骨筋膜室综合征手术中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨刺五加注射液在骨筋膜室综合征手术中的辅助治疗效果。方法:将18只白兔分成3组,假手术组(A组)、模型组(B组)、实验组(C组)。其中模型组和实验组白兔的左小腿被小儿充气式血压计袖带间断性、重复性的压迫。实验组在手术前1 h注射刺五加注射液。手术结束1 min和2 h,3组均进行静脉穿刺抽血,检测血清CK、LDH、SOD、MDA 的变化,并切取左小腿腓肠肌固定后作HE染色,光镜观察和透射电镜观察。结果:在骨筋膜室综合征手术中,兔子肢体缺血再灌注损伤在给予刺五加注射液后180 min能明显降低血清中MDA、CK、LDH、SOD的含量,增加Bcl-2/Bax;使手术中的兔左小腿腓肠肌的病理改变明显减轻。结论:刺五加注射液可能通过减少自由基生成和提高自由基清除酶的活性,抑制骨骼肌细胞的凋亡,对发生骨筋膜室综合征的骨骼肌产生保护作用,为刺五加临床应用提供了进一步的实验室依据。

    Surgery of the application of the Acathopanax in compartment syndrome

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of Acathopanax injection in adjunct therapy of compartment syndrome. Methods: Eighteen rabbits were divided into three groups:sham group (group A), model group (group B), experimental group (group C). The left-behind-limb of rabbits in sham group and model group were overpowered by inflatabl sphygmomanometer. Acathopanax injection was supplied into experimental group 1 hour before surgical operation. Venipuncture blood were acquired in one minute and two hours after surgical operation. CK, LDH, SOD, MDA in serum were detected. The left-leg gastrocnemius muscles were taken, fixed, HE-stained and observed by light and transmission electronic microscope. Results: In the compartment syndrome operation, the rabbit limb ischemia reperfusion injury to spurs in five and injection of 180 min could obviously reduce after serum MDA, CK, LDH, SOD content and increase Bcl-2/Bax; Make the rabbit left crus gastrocnemius surgery pathological changed of the apparent ease. Conclusion: Acathopanax injection has a protective effect on compartment syndrome by decrease the output of oxygen free radical, increase free radical scavenger and restrain the apoptotic of skeletal muscle cell. For Acathopanax′s clinical application to provide further laboratory basis.
