交锁髓内钉与石膏外固定治疗胫腓骨GustiloⅠ、Ⅱ类开放性骨折的临床分析(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨交锁髓内钉与石膏外固定治疗胫腓骨Gustilo Ⅰ、Ⅱ类开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法：将本院收治的108例胫腓骨Gustilo Ⅰ、Ⅱ类开放性骨折的患者随机分为交锁髓内钉固定组与石膏外固定组，每组各54例，观察两组患者的骨折愈合时间、疗效、并发症的情况以及治疗费用。结果：交锁髓内钉固定组的优良率为84.48%，石膏外固定组的优良率为82.76%，两组间比较，差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。两组患者的骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率，两组比较差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。结论：交锁髓内钉和石膏外固定均可用于胫腓骨Gustilo Ⅰ、Ⅱ类开放性骨折的治疗，且均可取得较好的效果。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the intramedullary nail and plaster external fixation for tibia and fibula Gustilo Ⅰ, Ⅱ kind of open fractures of the clinical curative effect. Methods: One hundred and eight cases in our hospital were in the posterior Gustilo Ⅰ, Ⅱtibia and fibula open fractures of the patients were randomly divided into intramedullary nail fixed group and plaster external fixation group, each group of 54 cases, observed the two sets of patients fracture healing time, curative effect, complications and treatment costs. Results: The intramedullary nail fixed group excellent rate of 84.48%. The plaster external fixation group excellent rate of 82.76%, the difference was no statistically significant between the two groups, P>0.05. Two groups of patients with fracture healing time and complication rate, two groups of comparisons difference was no statistically significant, P>0.05. Conclusion: Intramedullary nailing and plaster external fixation can be used for the fixed all tibia and fibula Gustilo Ⅰ, Ⅱ kind of open fractures, and all can be has a good result.

胫腓骨开放性骨折是长管状骨骨折中最常见的类型[1-2]，多为直接暴力所致，多见于儿童和青壮年。其治疗主要为骨折早期内固定治疗，本文笔者主要探讨了石膏外固定与交锁髓内钉固定治疗胫腓骨Gustilo Ⅰ、Ⅱ类开放性骨折的临床疗效，回顾性分析了本院收治的108例胫腓骨Gustilo Ⅰ、Ⅱ类开放性骨折患者的临床资料，现总结分析如下：
