生物反馈技术在脑卒中偏瘫患者社区康复中的应用分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究社区康复中生物反馈技术对脑卒中偏瘫患者的应用及治疗效果。 方法 对本院2010年6月~2011年6月收治的57例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组,其中对照组28例,使用常规药物治疗;实验组29例,在常规药物治疗的基础上,进行生物反馈技术治疗,运动功能采用简式Fugl-Meyer评估表(FMA)评定;日常生活活动能力采用功能评定量表Barthel指数评定,比较两组患者病程对评分的影响以及疗效。 结果 实验组在FMA评分的改善率为56.56%,显著高于对照组的26.32%;在Barthel指数的改善率为54.31%,也显著高于对照组的21.61%;实验组的总有效率为82.76%,明显高于对照组的57.14%,以上指标两组间比较,结果均具有统计学意义,P均 < 0.05。 结论 生物反馈技术具有较好的疗效,且对运动功能和日常活动能力具有更好的改善能力,值得在临床中推广。

    Application analysis of biofeedback techniques in hemiparetic patients with stroke in community rehabilitation

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application and treatment effective for stroke patients with community-based rehabilitation in biofeedback. Methods Fifty seven cases stroke hemiplegia patients from June 2010 to June 2011 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group had 28 cases who were used of conventional drug therapy; the experimental group of 29 patients in drug treatment based on conventional, motor function were assessed with straightforward Fugl-Meyer Assessment evaluation sheet, and activities of daily life abilities were assessed with Barthel index of function rating scale, the biofeedback treatment of two groups were compared on the score of course and efficacy. Results FMA score in the experimental group improved on the rate of 56.56% was significantly higher than the 26.32% in control group; improvement in the Barthel Index was 54.31%, also significantly higher than the control group with 21.61%; the total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.76%, it was significantly higher than the total effective rate 57.14% in control group, all of the above indexes were compared, and the results were statistically significant between two groups, all P < 0.05.
