美国等五国西洋参人参药材中重金属残留量分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 建立原子吸收分光光度法测定五国四种人参药材中的铅、镉、砷、汞、铜重金属含量。 方法 采用原子吸收法在324.8 nm波长检测铜含量,在283.3 nm波长检测铅含量,在228.8 nm波长检测镉含量,另外采用原子荧光光谱法测定砷、汞的含量。 结果 24批五国四种人参药材中的重金属残留量西洋参为10.581~12.025 mg/kg;红参(高丽参)为12.719~14.002 mg/kg。 结论 五国四种西洋参人参药材样品中重金属残留量均符合2005年版《中国药典》(一部)及香港特区《中成药注册申请手册》的有关重金属标准规定。

    Analysis of heavy metal residues in radix ginseng and radix panacis quinquefolii from USA and other 4 countries

    [Abstract] Objective To adopt the atomic absorption spectrophotometry method to determine the contents of heavy metals including Plumbum (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Arsenic (As), Mercury (Hg) and Cuprum (Cu) in 4 kinds of Radix Ginseng from 5 countries. Methods The contents of Cu, Pb and Cd were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 324.8 nm, 283.3 nm and 228.8 nm respectively. The contents of arsenic and mercury were detected by atomic fluorophotometry. Results The contents of heavy metal residues in 24 batches of 4 kinds of radix ginseng from 5 countries were 10.581 - 12.025 mg/kg in Radix Panacis Quinquefolii and 12.719 - 14.002 mg/kg in Ginseng Radix Rubra (Korean ginseng). Conclusion The contents of heavy metal residues in 4 kinds of Radix Ginseng and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii from 5 countries are in accordance with the content standard in the first part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition) and manual for Chinese Patent Medicine Application and Registration subscribed by the HKSAR.
