奥美拉唑联合生长抑素持续静滴治疗上消化道大出血的疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察奥美拉唑联用生长抑素治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效。 方法 将56例上消化道大出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。两组患者均给予奥美拉唑静点。观察组患者在给予奥美拉唑治疗的同时应用生长抑素持续静点，出血停止后维持72 h。 结果 观察组患者治疗后出血量为(200±52) mL，明显少于对照组的(350±65) mL，平均止血时间为(14.2±2.3) h，明显短于对照组的(23.1±1.8) h，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组患者治疗显效率为42.86%，总有效率为92.86%，明显高于对照组的32.14%、82.14%，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 奥美拉唑联用生长抑素治疗上消化道大出血疗效优于单用奥美拉唑，值得推广。

The clinical observation about Omeprazole combined somatostatin continuous intravenous treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical observation about omeprazole combined somatostatin continuous intravenous treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Fifty six cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into trial group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases), two groups of patients were given omeprazole treatment. The observation group patients were given somatostatin continuous intravenous treatment, keeping 72 h after stop bleeding at the same time of losec treatment. Results The observation group patients after treatment, the amount of blood loss was (200±52) mL, which was less than (350±65) mL of the control group, the average hemostatic time was (14.2±2.3) h, which was significantly shorter than (23.1±1.8) h of the control group, the comparative differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The observation group therapy for patients with significant efficiency (42.86%) and the total effective rate was 92.86%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (32.14%, 82.14%), the comparative differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined somatostatin continuous intravenous treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is better than losec treatment alone, is worthy to be popularized.
